If he does connect the attack, he will launch you in the air and follow it with a powerbomb and smash you to the ground. Throw and powerbomb: He will lunge at you and try to grab you. When not careful he can easily one or two-shot you if you get caught by his attacks. This will be your cue for the 2nd phase.ĭuring this form, Godfrey doesn’t use any weapon for fighting, but still, his moves are very dangerous. Other than the above-mentioned moves Godfrey will do various slashes. This will cause it to split and release golden-yellow energy. This attack is done in a straight line but covers a lot of area. Ground split: Godfrey will slash his axe in the ground. This attack releases a small shockwave after hitting the ground. He will jump and smack his hammer on the ground. Jump and axe stomp: This jump isn’t as big as his first move. This attack also does AoE damage as rocks spurt out from the ground for a short distance. Foot stomp: Godfrey will try to crush you with its foot by doing a stomp if you are too close. 
Finally, he will do one horizontal slash. 3 combo slash: He will make two diagonal slashes one from the left and the other from the right.You can dodge this attack by rolling underneath the attack or running forward to the location where he jumped from. Jump and axe throw: He will jump towards you and throw his axe towards you in an attempt to cleave you in half.Below are all the moves in both his phases that you should be aware of. In the second phase, you will fight Godfrey Hoarah Loux Warrior. Once you bring half of his health down he will begin his second phase. You will begin the fight with Godfrey the First Elden Lord.
